The underground transformer can be installed in the pit below the outdoor ground level to avoid direct contact with the public. The product adopts full insulation structure to ensure personal safety. The tank adopts a fully sealed structure, which can resist flood disasters and effectively improve the reliability of the power supply system. It does not occupy the ground surface area after installation, which can be harmonious with the environment, and also meets with the high waterproof requirement of underground power grids.

Product Features

 

Prefabricated pit foundation.

1. Pit foundation: pre-compression molding with steel plates above 6mm and fully sealed structure can be used to ensure that surface water and other debris cannot enter the pit, also can adopt prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, and advanced waterproof technology is used to ensure that the foundation does not leak.
2. A sump is set at the bottom of the pit, and a submersible pump controlled by the automatic drainage system is installed.
3. High and low voltage cable mounting brackets are installed in the pit to facilitate cable installation and fixation.
4. Fireproof lights are installed in the pit for easy maintenance.
5. The top cover of the foundation is provided with an openable inspection hole.
6. A fan is installed between the ground power distribution cabinet and the foundation pit, so that the pit and the outside air can be interchanged. When the temperature rise of the underground combined transformer reaches the set value, the fan will automatically start to perform forced air exhaust to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and high and low voltage switchgear.
