Wortai High-voltage composite hollow insulators are insulating components widely used in high-voltage power transmission and transformation systems. The following is a detailed introduction:

Structural Composition
They are mainly composed of an insulating core rod inner cylinder, end flanges, and a silicone rubber shed cover. The silicone rubber shed cover is formed by connecting multiple shed cover sections, and a stepped lap joint structure is adopted between adjacent shed cover sections, which can enhance the connection strength, ensure electrical performance, and extend the service life.

Production Standards
Internationally commonly used standards include IEC 61462, IEC 61109, etc. Domestic standards include GB/T 22707, GB/T 22079, etc. These standards clearly stipulate the materials, performance, test methods and other aspects of high-voltage composite hollow insulators.

Application Scenarios
• SF6 Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS): As the inlet and outlet bushings of GIS equipment, it can provide reliable insulation and support within a limited space to ensure the safe operation of GIS equipment.
